Partnership

We are always looking for people to partner with our organization, Youth Missions International, to help train and send more young people to share their faith in Christ with others.  If you are interested in being a part of helping us accomplish what God has for our ministry in the U.S. or other countries around the world here is how you can help:

Prayer Partners

As always, we are in need of much prayer!  We thank you ahead of time for praying for us and our ministry, as we continue to train and send more mission-minded young people into the world.

Currently, we could use prayer for the following:

• Please pray as we prepare to send out mission teams this summer and for the college students that are already in the international mission field assisting missionaries.
• As YMI looks to expand to Cuba and Africa, please pray for the planning process and for safe travel as staff from YMI Brasil and YMI U.S. work together to start our ministry in these two places.
• For YMI Brasil, YMI Peru, and the YMI ministry in Paraguay, that they would continue to help grow churches and reach more young people with the Gospel, while also training them to share with others.
• That the Lord would continue to guide the steps of YMI leadership (staff and board) as we continue to walk through the doors He opens.

On a personal note, if you could remember to pray for our family the following:

• Ranelle – She recently began a new job within Boeing and has moved locations from Auburn to Everett, WA.  Prayers for this transition are appreciated.
• Brian – As he continues to lead YMI, that he would have the proper focus and clarity of vision necessary to accomplish what the Lord is directing YMI to do.
• Jacob – That he would grow up to be an amazing man devoted to God and caring toward others.

Volunteering with YMI

There are many ways you can be involved with YMI.  We are looking for teenagers and adults who want to be a part of sharing the Gospel through mission trips (both domestic and international) and sports camps (within the U.S.).  As an adult, you can be involved in several ways:

• As a leader on our mission trips.
• Be on volunteer staff at our mission training run at churches across the United States.
• Promote YMI at various conferences.
• Help launch and debrief mission teams we send.
• Assist us at the YMI Main Office in Tacoma, WA.

Financial Partners

As the President of YMI, I am an advocate for this ministry!  Rather than ask for personal financial support, I encourage you to pray and if you feel led, to donate to this organization.  We can do a lot with a little.  God has blessed us with opportunities to train more young people in South America and Africa, but we do need the help of generous partners to make this possible.  With your prayers, your time, and your financial resources, we can see YMI spread literally across the globe.  If you are interested in giving, please go to our YMI secure giving form.  We greatly appreciate any gift we receive and all donations are tax-deductible.
